The​ ​new​ ​batch​ ​of​ ​our​ ​unique,​ ​rustic​ ​pottery​ ​mugs.​ ​They​ ​are​ ​hand​ ​thrown​ ​on​ ​the​ ​pottery​ ​wheel​ ​of​ ​dark​ ​clay​ ​and​ ​then​ ​creased​ ​by​ ​hands​ ​to​ ​give​ ​them​ ​a​ ​unique,​ ​uneven​ ​shape.​ ​Glazed​ ​with​ ​warm,​ ​tanned​ ​in​ ​places,​ ​beige​ ​and​ ​matte​ ​olive​ ​green,​ ​that​ ​blend​ ​and​ ​make​ ​organic​ ​breaks​ ​and​ ​natural​ ​streaks.​ ​We​ ​call​ ​them​ ​'crumplers'​ ​and​ ​they​ ​are​ ​the​ ​great​ ​example​ ​how​ ​wonderful​ ​material​ ​clay​ ​is​ ​and​ ​how​ ​unusual​ ​shapes​ ​can​ ​be​ ​create​ ​of​ ​it.
